WHO ARE WE?
FITA-U Performance Centre is a boutique functional training facility based in Paddington, Brisbane. We help & educate career busy professionals, business owners and parents on how to improve their mindset, lifestyle habits, the way they move, nutrition and body shape!
With over 20 years of combined Coaching experience amongst our team, we certainly know our stuff when it comes to training, nutrition, community & mindset and everything in between! We guarantee that we aren’t just “another fast paced gym” where you are just seen as number that walks through the door, we listen to our members feedback and truly care about them! The people you train with will soon feel like your second family, everyone looks after each other!
Strength & Conditioning: Capped at 6 members, this class starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into specific strength exercises (15-20 minutes), some conditioning/cardio work (6-12 minutes) and finishing off with a stretch (5 minutes).

Open Gym: This gives you the opportunity to complete your own session outside of class times. There will be a coach present but not supervising you
