We understand that starting your journey at a new gym can be daunting. Here at FPC we understand that you may have some questions running through your mind, but not to worry we have detailed answers to your questions or concerns below!
I haven’t been to a Gym or Personal Training for a long time; will I be able to do the classes?
We cater for all levels of fitness and will always provide various options for each exercise (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Our Personal Training sessions are structured in a way that allows you still get an awesome workout and be part of our community but not make feel like you don’t want to come back!
I have an injury/ medical condition; can I still train?
During our initial consult and completion of our pre exercise screening, we will be able to provide regression or alternatives for all movements that are not suitable for any injuries of medical conditions you may have.
What makes FPC different to other group training?
We take time to plan out each and every session, making sure that they are all adaptable for different levels. Our class sizes are capped to ensure you are getting the right amount attention towards your technique and intensity level. We place a huge emphasis on mobility/flexibility to ensure you are able to get the maximum benefits from all exercise performed to and to reduce the chance of injury. Correct technique in our classes is a major focus and something we are very passionate about instilling into our members journey from the very start.

How much are your Personal Training program?
Prices for our personal training programs vary. It depends on what your goals are and how many classes per week we believe you should be participating in to get maximum results in the shortest possible time.
Can I trial the Personal Training classes before making a decision?
Definitely. We offer a FREE Week of Classes!
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Definitely! We are all about community and helping as many people achieve their health and fitness goals. We also have great incentives in place for any referrals made.
