Fat loss is very different to weight loss as it is a true indication of the amount of fat that you have lost from your body and most importantly around your organs. If you didn’t know already, muscle weighs more than fat. You can remain exactly the same weight but have changed body composition by equally replacing the fat lost with muscle. Don’t get me wrong, the number on the scales is of some value, but sometimes we can get too wrapped up in it and let a simple piece a equipment that only tells us our total body mass in kilograms affect how we feel and act.
