Class Types


Strength & Conditioning
: Capped at 6 members, this class starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into specific strength exercises (15-20 minutes), some conditioning/cardio work (6-12 minutes) and finishing off with a stretch (5 minutes).

Strength: Capped at 6 members, this class starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into specific strength exercises (30-35 minutes) and finishing off with a stretch (5 minutes).

Conditioning: Capped at 10 members, this class starts off with a dynamic warm up (5-7 minutes) before moving into high intensity training using the combination of strength exercises and cardio.

Open Gym: This gives you the opportunity to complete your own session outside of class times. Their will be a coach present but not supervising you
